From the beginning Yazoo Brewing was created to improve the quality of life for ourselves and the community around us . And we take very serious our role in the community and help out as much as we can. We receive a great amount of donation requests throughout the year. We have created a few parameters to make this process easier for us so please read before moving forward with your request.
- We are a small team here at Yazoo with a very crazy schedule and want to be present at every event that we are a part of . This is the best way we have found to continue a great relationship in the community preferably with a cold Yazoo brew. If we cannot have a Yazoo representative present we will have to pass. This is why we ask for at least 60 day notice prior to your event and more time would be appreciated. Events that reflect our brand ,vision and things we enjoy doing and we feel are the best events that Yazoo drinkers will enjoy , so if it is not something we feel we would enjoy attending then we will pass.
- In order to consider a contribution to your organization or event, we ask that you please send the information requested below in writing at least 60 days prior to the event to: Yazoo Donations, 910 Divison St. Nashville Tn 37203. The necessary information is as follows: date/time of event, contact person, number of people expected to attend, location, donation requested, beer sampling opportunities, signage opportunities, and media coverage expected. We will sit down on the 20th of each month and review each one and be in contact.
- We have helped with hundreds of different charity efforts over the years and will continue to do so, however if we are not able to fulfill your request at this time it is nothing personal to you or your organization and we wish you the best of luck.
